RFQ Process

Tooling quoting: There are 3 experienced quoting engineers having more than 10 years experiences, familiar very well for HASCO and DME mold standard and processing. After getting the RFQ information from marketing colleagues, quoting engineers estimate the projects in detail to make best quoting, provide reasonable quoting quickly and correctly, and will provide workable and reasonable suggestions according part design from customer, work as a team to support customer to win the projects. Within 24 hours, the quotation will be provided.

The file formats of part design are accepted as following:

Export Product Package Inspection

Mold Weekly Report and Mold Schedule are provided to customer every Friday. Sometimes mold manufacturing or trial video would be sent to customer so that customer can know of the mold clearly.

Mold Trial

Each mold runs six hours for production trial to ensure the export part quality is our quality standard qualification, 4 hours with material and 2 hours without material, this can guarantee the molds are problem-free before shipping.

And, the first samples along with part inspection report will be provided within 3 days after mold trial. And we can also do the PPAP and scientific molding analysis as your request.

At the same time, mold trial video and the whole process and injection parameters data will be provided for your reference.

Shipment

Logistics / Finalization

Finalization is an end process by our quality team to make sure everything is ready for shipping and meets all the customer requirements and specifications.

Documentation

Complete documentation, 2D Mold Drawing and 3D Mold Drawings, trial parameters, trial video, material certifications, Dimensional Report

Final Mold Test

Depending on customer requirements we can run the tool for up to 8 hours before shipping (with resin supplied)

Specifications

Quality team will review the original customer specifications to insure all requirements have been met

Packaging

Vacuum sealed and special shipping container to prevent damage during shipment

Goods will reach at the customers' destination in perfect condition.

■ 12-15 working days by air-freight

■ 35-40 working days by sea-freight
